Service and Repair Guide. This
page is designed to assist you if you are interested in purchasing any
mobility lifting products, and are seeking advice or answers before making any
further plans.
Unfortunately, it is a fact of life that all mechanical devices have a
chance of breaking down. We recognise that fact and offer both periodic
inspections, and a repair service.
A periodic inspection is similar to a service
on a car, it is designed to look for potential problems that might occur in the
upcoming months. Many commercial installations require a
six-monthly inspection for insurance purposes, whilst this is not mandatory for
residential lifts, we recommend an annual service to keep your lift running in
good order.
If you have any problems with your lift, please
call us, we can resolve many issues over the telephone without the need for an
engineer to visit site. If a site visit is needed, we will attempt to repair the
lift as quickly as possible, in most cases, the lift is repaired and fully
functional the same day as the problem is reported to us.
If you have any queries about your lift, please
give us a quick call to discuss it, we can put your mind to rest if the lift is
running normally, or send an engineer to have a look at your lift if there are
any problems.
